Replace an inflexible, custom-built site with a responsive one that reflects the new brand identity and is easy for staff to maintain.

Solution

Share Services implemented a comprehensive strategy that expanded the communication mix to include SMS and display advertising. We conducted pre-campaign testing to validate the messaging prior to launch, while simultaneously deploying a custom popup designed specifically to drive recurring monthly giving.

Looking Forward

This campaign not only exceeded immediate fundraising goals but strengthened the Colson Center's long-term sustainability through increased monthly recurring donors.
