
Ministry launches donor journey that results in zero churned recurring donors in Year 1
Word of Life Fellowship is a student ministry that focuses on the evangelization and discipleship of youth around the world.
Word of Life wanted to launch a branded recurring giving program to build sustainable revenue for them to further their mission. They wanted to create a highly curated donor experience for recurring givers to support retention & communicate their care for partners to the ministry.
Share partnered with WOL to build a name & brand identity for recurring givers, called Messengers. Then, they leveraged existing content & other resources from Word of Life to build a multi-channel, personalized, 52-week journey for recurring givers.

Word of Life is seeing excellent engagement with recurring givers and is working to incorporate their monthly giving program throughout all of their brand ecosystem. They are excited to see how it continues to grow their organization’s sustainable revenue.
